The Baton Rouge Gallery seeks to showcase contemporary art through varying exhibits, their Special Performance Series, and an emphasis on promoting spoken word. The gallery is located in City Park in the downtown area. During summer, the gallery showcases films in their Music and Movies on the Lawn Series, projecting the films on to a gigantic screen behind the gallery.
