I went to Sammy's for the first time a couple of weeks ago. The food was fantastic, as was the atmosphere. The place is huge, and even though we had a large party, we got a table immediately. It was the only place in town where we didn't have to wait at least 30 minutes.

the food is always great and the service too. generous portions and good prices. a friendly atmosphere and just a good place to meet friends for a good time.

This place has the best food. When my boyfriend and I moved to Baton Rouge, we had no idea where the good restaurants were. Someone recommended this place, and she was right. Their food is reasonably priced and delicious. Their crawfish has just the right amount of spice! I recommend their chicken fried steak, it is huge!
